What Can Coaching do for you?

Leadership Development

Our Leadership Coaching focus on three processes: Lead Yourself, Lead Your Team, Lead Your Organization. We encourage our coaching clients to do the personal work of examining your relationship with yourself, with others, and focus on setting up a leadership mission and vision to guide your leadership and career development. As a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, taking the Strengths Assessment is encouraged and will be used throughout the coaching course.

Comedy Coaching

Many of todays biggest stars started their careers in comedy on the improvisational theater stage: Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Stephen Colbert, to Aidy Bryant who started in Phoenix Arizona. The most important step of starting a comedic career is figuring out your strengths, and using those to develop your comedic brand. Let us help you develop your comedic identity and build future goals.

CREATIVITY project development

Do you have that creative project in development but can’t figure out the final steps to take it out into the world, have ideas in your head, but can’t seem to form them into something concrete? Whatever your goals are, meeting with a coach on a regular basis, will help you form your project and get it green-lit faster.

How does it work and what does look like?

1)    CREATE A CUSTOMIZED Coaching Plan FOR YOU

We will spend our first session learning about your needs, goals, and aspirations. Then we will develop outcomes and plans to keep you on track to meet your goals.

2)    Ongoing Development

With regular check ins, we will provide feedback, and bring the advice out of you to keep your projects and development on track to your goals.
