Do you struggle with improvising within the rules of short form - or game based - improv? Are you someone who improvises short form but feel stuck in the same choices? Are you someone who sticks their nose up at the idea of short form improv but needs to open up their mind? This workshop is for all of you. 

This workshop will focus on developing your short form skill sets including: immediacy, listening, gameplay, instant characters, adding scene work to short form, how to follow and break the "rules", reading the audience, energy in scenes, RO development, and more. 

Bio: Alex Garday has been performing short form improv since he was in college here in Tucson with The Charles Darwin Experience. He is an ensemble member at Comedy Sportz Chicago and performs musical short form in the hugely popular show VAMP: A Music Comedy Drinking Show.
